Shipping policy
- By joining the one of our Wine Clubs, I certify that I am, -or the recipient of this gift is, if appropriate-, at least 21 years of age.
- I agree that I will receive my Club Release shipments in accordance with FlorVino’s schedule for the clubs that I have joined.
- I understand that all memberships are for a minimum of one year. I may cancel any membership after one year if notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled Club release.
- I hereby authorize FlorVino to charge my credit card 5 business days prior to each Club Release of wine.
- I understand and accept that pricing is subject to change and that my Club benefits include special pricing.
- I am aware that the government requires wine shipments to be signed for at time of delivery by an adult over the age of 21.
- I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is undeliverable due to outdated or inaccurate contact information.
