- Coupon System (the real game-changer): For every $200 of personal sales you generate, you automatically earn a $20 coupon that can be used toward any future tasting-bottle purchases.
This means the more Wine Partys you host and the more you sell, the lower your ongoing cost of tasting bottles becomes. The system is set up in such a way that when you sell well, tasting bottles will not cost you anything. Active Flower Somms replenish their entire tasting supply at little or no net cost because their coupon credits keep rolling in as long as they keep selling. Manager and Director Flower Somms also receive extra promotion bonuses (10 or 20 additional $20 coupons) when they reach those ranks.
Personal Volume is the total net retail sales value of products sold by the company as a results of your Wine Parties and personal link. It determines your commission rate, volume bonuses, and coupon credits each month.
No mandatory minimum to stay active. However, to earn team overrides and trailing commissions you need to maintain light activity (2 Wine Parties per month or $2,000 personal volume). Also, to qualify for tasting bottle coupons you must reach a minimum of $1,000 personal volume. Flower Somms easily exceed this once they start.
Commissions are paid every Monday – We call it Magic Money Monday.

While we offer free shipping or $1/bottle out of state, shipping is not free and actually costs a lot of money. The discount at home parties is not as good as at markets because we will have shipping cost. However, it is better than on the website. The home party discounts are set at the maximum we can do without running a loss on the sale. We see it as an investment to get a new customer. Please note that for any future recurring purchases the customer will only get the normal discounts from our website, unless they join the Wine Club. The Club discounts are the highest possible discounts. .
